• Radiographic testing – RT
Outsource to a professional third party of Radiographic Inspection Company for RT detection.
• Dye penetration inspection – DPI
All locations to be built up welding before the surfacing and all locations built up welding after the surfacing must be done penetration testing. Pipe inside diameter testing requires a remote video detection testing technology. We usually detect that the inner pipeline is 6.5m long. 
• Chemical composition test of materials – PMI
The world’s advanced 26 channel mobile online PMI device rechecks the chemical composition for the base material and the surfacing layer; the report is directly saved in the PMI device computer, and can be traced with a complete archive. 
• Ultrasonic testing – UT
Adopt the world’s most advanced transverse wave and standing wave detector to test the surfacing layer’s integrity and base materials to ensure the surfacing quality; strictly make measurements according to the customer’s surfacing thickness standard.
• Magnetic particle testing – MT
Adopt fluorescent or visual technology to test defects on the external surface of ferromagnetic components after the completion of all manufacturing stages. 
• Appearance testing – VT
Adopt optical fiber remote video detection testing technology and external display screen to have a full view on the surfacing appearance and record the appearance inspection process. VT process video will be transmitted to the customer as the warranty part of the document.
• The surfacing layer’s thickness detection
Adopt the innovative device designed for testing the weld overlay cladding Flange thickness of corrosion resistant alloy, such as Inconel 625 thickness of carbon steel and low alloy steel. Constantly test the surfacing layer of steel pipe or elbow to meet customers’ requirements for thickness.
