Plastic hydraulic pipe clamps or hydraulic plastic pipe clamps/tube clamp are designed specially for pipe holding in the installations,Pipe Clamp specifications are according to standard DIN 3015-1, DIN 3015-2 and DIN 3015-3.

Our hydraulic Pipe clamps are manufactured in accordance with DIN 3015. They are mainly used in systems
to secure tubes, pipes, hoses, cables, sensors and other system-critical components. They are
used within a wide range of industries including shipbuilding, offshore, mobile hydraulic,
paper industry, metal-processing industry, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, nuclear and the
chemical industry.
We supply the hydraulic Pipe clamp body in green polypropylene (PP), black polyamide (PA) , aluminium (AL),The metallic parts（lid and the seat) are available in carbon steel, 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel
Materials of Plastic hydraulic pipe clamps
- Polypropylene:
Polypropylene pipe clamps are with working temperature -30 to 90 Celsius degrees, they known as PP pipe clamps also.
PP pipe clamps - Polyamide hydraulic pipe clamps:
Polyamide pipe clamps are with working temperature -30 to 120 Celsius degrees, they known as PA pipe clamps or Nylon pipe clamps also. Polyamide pipe clamps are usually for high temperature applications or sometimes for UV resistance applications.

2) Materials and Types of pipe clamp body:
Techi’s light duty (Stauff standard series ) hydraulic pipe, tube and hose clamp body is available in materials and types as below.
– PP clamp body with grooved inside or smooth inside;
The normal color of PP clamp body is dark green, other colors on customer’s request. Pipe and tube clamp with PP clamp body are known as plastic tube clamps (plastic pipe clamps) also.
– PA clamp body with grooved inside or smooth inside;
The normal color of PA clamp body is black, other colors on customer’s request. Pipe and tube clamp with PA clamp body are known as Nylon tube clamps (nylon pipe clamps) also.
– Al grooved inside light pipe clamp body
Pipe clamps with Al clamp body are well known as Aluminum pipe clamps.
4) Materials of standard stauff pipe clamp components:
– The mounting hardware of Techi’s light duty pipe, tube and hose clamps usually consist of Cover Plate, Bolts, Welded base plate or rail nuts, material of these part are available in materials as Galvanized Carbon steel(mild steel) and 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel.
– As stated above, the most popular materials of our clamp Body are available in Polypropylene(PP), Polyamide(PA), Aluminum(Al), beside the above, we also produce clamp body in materials of steel, stainless steel and POM on requests.
