EN 10253-2 type B P355NH ELBOW 3D
We are the professional manufacturer of butt weld fittings to BS EN 10253-2:2007, these seamless fittings are all made of P265GH ,P355NH carbon steel to BS EN 10216-2 and were previously known as BS 1965 welding fittings. All of our EN 10253-2 butt weld fittings are “Type B” meaning they’re suitable for use at full service pressure.
BS EN 10253‑2 specifies the type of fittings, type A: Butt-welding fittings with reduced pressure factor, type B: Butt-welding fittings for use at full-service pressure, steel grades and their chemical compositions, mechanical properties, dimensions and tolerances, requirements for inspection, and testing, inspection documents, marking, protection and packaging.
MTC 3.1 test certification is available for all of our welding fittings.
EN 10253-2 Butt weld Pipe Elbows Specification
P355NH is a high-temperature pressure vessel steel grade that is commonly used in applications such as petrochemical plants, power plants, and industrial boilers. It is a weld able, fine-grain steel grade that offers good mechanical properties and excellent weld ability, making it ideal for use in demanding environments.
