09CrCuSb(ND Steel) seamless steel tube for sulfuric acid resistance
The low-alloy ND steel 09CrCuSb, 09 chromium copper antimony,which is resistant to sulfuric acid dew point corrosion for seamless steel tubes, plates, forgings and special welding materials, was prepared by smelting in ultra-high power electric furnace, refining outside furnace and vacuum degassing. It is characterized by the formation of a dense passivation film rich in Cr, Cu, Sb and Ti on its surface during the corrosion process, so it has a high anticorrosion ability.
ND steel is a low alloy structural steel.Compared with other types of steel such as mild steel, Corten, CR1A, ND steel has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
Because the ND steel can form the fine and close passive film that several times of matrixes are rich in elements such as Cr, Cu, Sb, Ti that is higher than of one deck densification on its surface in corrosion process, thereby has the ability of high sulfuric-resisting dew point corrosion.Test shows that in 70 ℃ of 50% aqueous sulfuric acid, the ability of the anti-uniform corrosion of ND steel of the present invention is 10 times of 20g soft steel, is 304 stainless 3 times, is 1.5 times of Japanese similar steel grade CR1A
