Alloy 286 forged disc (UNS S66286)Forging Parts
We are leading manufacturer of A-286 forged disc/A-286 forging Parts in China.
We could produce A-286, UNS S66286, 1.4980 forged/forging Parts/pipes/tubes/sleeves/bushings with diameters ranging from 50MM to 6000MM and with weights from 10KGS to 15000KGS
A forged disc is a mechanical component shaped through the forging process, where a metal is heated and then shaped under high pressure to produce a disc-like shape. Forged discs are widely used in various industries, particularly those requiring components that must endure high pressure, extreme temperatures, and mechanical stress.

Forging Process for Alloy 286:
- Forging is the process used to shape Alloy 286 into discs and other components. The forging process ensures the material is dense, uniform, and has enhanced mechanical properties like tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
- The hot working temperature for Alloy 286 forging is typically in the range of 2000°F to 2200°F (1093°C to 1204°C), which helps to achieve the best properties for high-temperature applications.
Alloy 286 Forged Disc (UNS S66286) is a high-performance nickel-chromium-iron alloy, primarily used in high-temperature applications requiring exceptional strength, oxidation resistance, and thermal stability. It is widely used in the aerospace, power generation, and chemical processing industries.
