ASTM A312 TP 904L Pipes,GOST 9941 904L Pipes,1.4539 Stainless steel pipe
We are a professional manufacturer and exporter of ASTM A312 TP 904L Pipes,GOST 9941 904L Pipes,1.4539 Stainless steel pipe in China, 06Х28МДТ Pipe (AISI 904L Pipes)
Material 1.4539 (alloy 904L, UNS N08094) is an austenitic special steel with high molybdenum content as well as addition of copper and extremely low carbon content.
ASTM A312 TP904L pipes are highly resistant to corrosion, especially in aggressive environments containing acids, chlorides, and other corrosive substances. With its high chromium, nickel, and molybdenum content, TP904L stainless steel ensures long-term durability and reliability in challenging applications.
With its alloy composition, A312 TP904L stainless steel pipes exhibit excellent high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. These pipes maintain their mechanical properties even at elevated temperatures, making them suitable for applications such as chemical processing, petrochemical, and offshore installations.
AISI 904L is a non-stabilised low carbon high alloy austenitic stainless steel. The addition of copper to this grade gives it greatly improved resistance to strong reducing acids, particularly sulphuric acid. It is also highly resistant to chloride attack – both pitting crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. This grade is non-magnetic in all conditions and has excellent weldability and formability. The austenitic structure also gives this grade excellent toughness, even down to cryogenic temperatures. 904L does have very substantial contents of the high cost ingredients nickel and molybdenum. Many of the applications in which this grade has previously performed well can now be fulfilled at lower cost by duplex stainless steel 2205 (S31803 or S32205),
Super austenitic 904L Stainless Steel seamless Pipe (UNS: N08904; EN: 1.4539) is a high alloy austenitic stainless steel with low carbon content. It has good corrosion resistance in dilute sulfuric acid, and is specially designed for harsh corrosion conditions. It has high chromium content and enough nickel content. The addition of copper makes it have strong acid resistance, especially to chloride gap corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. 904L Stainless Steel seamless Pipe is not easy to appear corrosion spots and cracks. Its pitting corrosion resistance is slightly better than other steel grades. It has good machinability and weldability, and can be used in pressure vessels
