ASTM A564 S17400 AISI 630 SUS630 17-4PH 1.4542 Stainless Steel Round Bar
We are a professional manufacturer and supplier of ASTM A564 S17400 AISI 630 SUS630 17-4PH 1.4542 Stainless Steel Round Bar in China .
AISI 630 is a precipitation hardening type of high strength stainless steel. It has excellent corrosion resistance equivalent to that of 18-8 austenitic stainless steels, and also provides high strength equivalent to chromium stainless steels which have a quench-hardening capacity。
17-4 PH, also known as UNS S17400, is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel. 17-4 PH is popular with our customers due to its excellent combination of good corrosion resistance and high strength. In order to be considered 17-4 PH, an alloy must be made of a unique set of chemical elements:

A 17-4 PH stainless steel round bar is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant material widely used in aerospace, marine, and industrial applications. This precipitation-hardening stainless steel offers excellent mechanical properties, good toughness, and can be heat treated to various strength levels.
Available Sizes & Heat Treatment Conditions
17-4 PH round bars are available in sizes from 6mm to 300mm (¼” to 12”) in various heat-treated conditions, including:
-
Solution Annealed (Condition A) – Soft for machining, requires aging for full properties.
-
H900 (482°C Aging) – Maximum strength and hardness.
-
H1025, H1075, H1150 – Adjusted for balance between toughness and hardness.
