Characteristics of P265GH Steel

P265GH is a carbon steel known for its excellent weldability, high-temperature resistance, good mechanical strength, and cold-bending performance. EN 10216-2 specifies the technical delivery conditions in two test categories for seamless tubes of circular cross section, with specified elevated temperature properties, made of non-alloy and alloy steel.
Manufacture: tubes to EN 10216-2 shall be manufactured by hot formed or cold finished.
Heat Treatment: the tubes shall be supplied in normalized delivery condition.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition test, tensile test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.
Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 10000mm; 11500mm; 11800mm; and so on.
Max length: 18000mm, also U bending can be offered.
