Flanged Reducer/Concentric reducer with Both ends Weld neck flange STAINLESS STEEL PIPE SPOOLS
We are a professional manufacturer and exporter of Flanged Reducer/Concentric reducer with Both ends Weld neck flange 304/L 316/L STAINLESS STEEL PIPE SPOOLS in China.
What is a flanged reducer?
Flanged Reducer is a kind of pipe spool, which is made of reducer with both end weld neck flange welding.
It is used in piping systems to connect two pipes of different diameters. flanged ends make the reducer easy installation in the pipeline. It includes two design, one is concentric reducer ,the other is eccentric reducer.
Concentric Reducer: The centerlines of the larger and smaller diameter pipes are aligned, creating a symmetrical transition.
Eccentric Reducer: The centerline of the smaller diameter pipe is offset, often used in applications where maintaining the same top or bottom level of the pipe is essential.

Stainless Steel Flanged Reducer:

Applications of Flanged Reducers
Flanged reducers are used in various industries to transition between different pipe sizes while maintaining a flanged connection. Here are some common applications:
1. Oil & Gas Industry
- Used in pipelines to connect different pipe diameters for smooth fluid flow.
- Helps manage pressure changes in refineries and offshore platforms.
2. Water & Wastewater Treatment
- Used in water distribution systems to connect pipes of different sizes.
- Ensures efficient flow in sewage and wastewater treatment plants.
3. Power Plants
- Used in steam, cooling water, and fuel supply lines.
- Helps in transitioning between different pipe sizes in high-pressure environments.
4. Chemical & Petrochemical Industry
- Used in chemical processing plants to handle corrosive or high-temperature fluids.
- Ensures compatibility with pumps, heat exchangers, and storage tanks.
5. HVAC & Fire Protection Systems
- Helps in air conditioning and ventilation ducting systems.
- Used in fire sprinkler systems where different pipe sizes need to be connected.
6. Food & Beverage Industry
- Used in sanitary piping systems for food-grade processing.
- Helps in maintaining smooth fluid transfer while preventing contamination.
7. Marine & Shipbuilding Industry
- Used in ship piping systems for fuel, ballast, and cooling water lines.
- Ensures durability in harsh marine environments.
