What is JIS H3300 C1220T Copper Tube?

C1220T is a phosphorus-deoxidized copper (Cu-DHP) grade containing ≥99.90% copper with controlled phosphorus content (0.015–0.040%). The phosphorus improves weldability and eliminates hydrogen embrittlement risk, making it ideal for refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.

Unlike oxygen-bearing copper (C1100), C1220T offers superior brazing performance and enhanced corrosion resistance in HVAC applications.
