ASTM A182 is the standard specification for forged or rolled alloy steel and stainless steel materials for flanges, fittings, valves, and pressure-retaining parts.
Grade F55 (UNS S32760 / EN 1.4501) is an enhanced super duplex stainless steel alloyed with chromium, molybdenum, nitrogen, and tungsten, providing higher corrosion resistance than F53 (S32750), especially in seawater and subsea environments.
Super Duplex S32760/ F55 , Super Duplex Alloy UNS S32760 (F55 / 1.4501) has excellent resistance Pitting and Crevice Corrosion in seawater at elevated temperatures, supplied with a PREN 40<( Pitting Resistance Eqv) . Excellent resistance to SCC ( Stress Corrosion Cracking) in Sour and Chloride environments .
