Aluminum NPT Full Coupling,Aluminum alloy NPT half Coupling,Aluminum Coupling

Aluminum Couplings are used to join two lengths of threaded aluminum conduit; can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications.
We are the professional manufacturer and export of Aluminum Alloy 6061 NPT Pipe coupling, UNS A96061 NPT threaded coupling,

Other aluminum grade is available upon request.

Both Full coupling and half couplings are available.
aluminum Full couplings thread profile conform to ASME B1.20.1 and meet or exceed SCH 40 wall thickness for 150# rating.

NPT full Couplings are tapered threaded fittings and can be threaded from both ends

6061 (Unified Numbering System (UNS) designation A96061) is a precipitation-hardened aluminium alloy, containing magnesium and silicon as its major alloying elements. Originally called “Alloy 61S”, it was developed in 1935. It has good mechanical properties, exhibits good weldability, and is very commonly extruded (second in popularity only to 6063). It is one of the most common alloys of aluminum for general-purpose use.

It is commonly available in pre-tempered grades such as 6061-O (annealed), tempered grades such as 6061-T6 (solutionized and artificially aged) and 6061-T651 (solutionized, stress-relieved stretched and artificially aged).

Aluminum Alloy 6061 | UNS# A96061 is a precipitation-hardened aluminum alloy that demonstrates good mechanical properties, good weldability, and is often extruded. 6061 is one of the most common alloys of Aluminum for general purpose uses.

Pipe Coupling is a very short length of pipe or tube. It has socket or female pipe threads at one or both ends. Pipe coupling allows two pipes or tubes of equal or different sizes to be joined together to make a long pipe run.

We supply the threaded pipe couplings in Aluminum and stainless steel materials.
