What Is TP321H Stainless Steel?

TP321H is a titanium-stabilized, high-carbon austenitic stainless steel based on Type 321.

The controlled carbon range of 0.04–0.10% is higher than standard TP321 and contributes to improved creep and stress-rupture strength at elevated temperatures.

Titanium combines preferentially with carbon and nitrogen, helping control chromium-carbide precipitation during elevated-temperature exposure.

Heat Treatment of TP321H Pipe

  • Hot-finished TP321H pipe: 1050°C / 1925°F
