DIN 2576 is a German standard specifying flanges according to DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung, meaning German Institute for Standardization) standards.
DIN 2576: This is the specific standard number for flat flanges with a raised face (RF), commonly known as DIN flanges. DIN 2576 specifies the dimensions, tolerances, materials, and technical requirements for these flanges.

PN10: This indicates the pressure rating of the flange, PN10 means the flange is designed to withstand a pressure of 10 bar (approximately 145 psi) at ambient temperature.

Slip on Flange is essentially a ring that is placed over the pipe end, with the flange face extending from the end of the pipe by enough distance to apply a weld bead on the inside diameter.
The connection with the pipe is done with 2 fillet welds, as well at the outside as also at the inside of the flange.
This space is necessary, to do not damage the flange face, during the welding process.
