Aluminum Alloy 6061 coupling, UNS A96061 threaded coupling,UNS A96061 Pipe fittings

We are the professional manufacturer and export of Aluminum Alloy 6061 NPT Pipe coupling, UNS A96061 NPT threaded coupling,
Both Full coupling and half couplings are available.

Aluminum Couplings are used to join two lengths of threaded aluminum Pipes, and can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications.

6061 (Unified Numbering System (UNS) designation A96061) is a precipitation-hardened aluminium alloy, containing magnesium and silicon as its major alloying elements. Originally called “Alloy 61S”, it was developed in 1935. It has good mechanical properties, exhibits good weldability, and is very commonly extruded (second in popularity only to 6063). It is one of the most common alloys of aluminum for general-purpose use.

It is commonly available in pre-tempered grades such as 6061-O (annealed), tempered grades such as 6061-T6 (solutionized and artificially aged) and 6061-T651 (solutionized, stress-relieved stretched and artificially aged).

Aluminum Alloy 6061 | UNS# A96061 is a precipitation-hardened aluminum alloy that demonstrates good mechanical properties, good weldability, and is often extruded. 6061 is one of the most common alloys of Aluminum for general purpose uses.

Pipe Coupling is a very short length of pipe or tube. It has socket or female pipe threads at one or both ends. Pipe coupling allows two pipes or tubes of equal or different sizes to be joined together to make a long pipe run.

We supply the threaded pipe couplings in Aluminum and stainless steel materials.

Stainless steel threaded couplings

Standard: ASME/ANSI B16.11, BS3799, EN ISO 4144

Size: 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1 1/4″, 1 1/2″, 2″, 2 1/2″, 3″, 4″

Pressure Ratings: 3000 LB, 6000 LB

  • NPT threaded fittings are produced to BS3799, ASTM A182 & ANSI B16.11 as applicable.
  • The thread form is parallel National Pipe Thread (NPT), also know as API (American Petroleum Industry)
  • They are available in four pressure ratings: 2000lb, 3000lb, 6000lb & 9000lb.
  • The same range of high pressure fittings is also available with socket weld ends.

Threaded Full Couplings – 150# NPT Threaded Pipe Fittings

Class 150 full couplings are stainless steel 304 or 316 pipe fitting or aluminum with female National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads for connecting and/or extending pipes going in the same direction. These full couplings have NPT threads for creating tighter seals than straight threads.

  • Use with air, water, oil, natural gas, steam
  • NPT and FNPT threads conform to ASME B1.20.1
  • Maximum Pressure: 300 psi @ 72 F;150 psi @ 366 F for steam
  • Maximum Steam Pressure: 150 psi
